  Approach G80 is manufactured as the first all-in-one premium GPS golf handheld with integrated launch monitor. The integrated launch monitor tracks club head speed, ball speed, smash factor, swing tempo and estimated distance. Approach G80 attributes 3.5″ sunlight-readable touchscreen display and slim design with quick button access to radar. Preloads more than 41,000 detailed color golf course maps worldwide. Incorporates practice and game modes allowing to test your skills and work to improve your game. The rechargeable battery lasts up to 15 hours with GPS.

   

    

  Practical to use it on the range.  

  Approach G80 equips various practice and game modes. The warm-up mode provides ball speed, club head speed, tempo, smash factor and estimated distance feedback. The tempo training helps to evaluate which backswing and downswing timing are best for you. It also gives the ability to play virtual rounds on any of the more than 41,000 preloaded courses worldwide with full-color course view mapping. You can defeat against other users around the world, compete against a friend on the driving range, or try to beat your personal best. The target practice helps to focus on drives, short game or all-around games to develop precision and consistency.

   

  Use it through your rounds.

  The launch monitor measures short distance during the game, just press the quick access radar button to open the launch monitor functionality. Also, it provides the convenience of touch targeting on full-color course maps, touch any point on the sunlight-readable display, and shows a precise distance spot: fairway, hazard, landing area or the front, middle and back of the green. It also doubles the scoring options, as a digital scorecard, for stroke play, stableford, skins and match play with adjustable handicaps. Also, periodic course map updates are automatically sent to your device.

  The playslike distance feature provides distances to the target, adjusted uphill or downhill shots and it easily turned off for tournament play. The pinpointer shows the green location on blind shots. The green view allows to zoom in on the green to get precise yardage to today’s pin location. The big numbers mode raise the type, making it easy to read yardage numbers to the front, back and middle of the green.

  Compatible with Garmin Golf App. 

  Approach G80 is compatible with the Garmin Golf app, which allows to compete, compare and connect with golfers playing on more than 41,000 courses worldwide. Players can post results and compare data, rankings and stats in the app.
