  Sleep Tracking enables you to understand your resting patterns so you can configure your body your way based on learning your light, deep and REM sleep stages. Set Bedtime Reminders and Alarms using the Fitbit app. Silent alarms are designed to gently wake up the young ones by quietly buzzing on their wrists. 

  Fitness

  It is Water Resistant up to 50m, which means your child can wear it in the pool, ocean or shower. They can even wear when having a water balloon fight on a hot summer day because spills and splashes do not stand a chance against the Ace 3. Set friendly reminders on their wrists to remind them to move and stretch their legs if they have been sitting idle for too long using the Movement Reminder feature. All-Day Activity Tracking tracks all-day steps, and Active Minutes show how every move, skip and jump adds up to a healthier, more active life.

  Fitbit App Parent View enables parents to set up a family account and create child accounts. In Parent View, they can easily see kids’ activity and approve their connections. Fitbit App Kid View enables parents have the option to set up accounts for their kids and enable Kid View, where kids 6+ can see their stats, badges and clock faces. It can Wireless Sync with 200+ Android & iOS devices so parents can get a full picture of kids’ health and wellness.
