  All-Day Activity Tracking enables you to track steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes, hourly activity and stationary time. Sleep Tracking enables you to understand your resting patterns so you can configure your body your way based on learning your light, deep and REM sleep stages. Menstrual Health Tracking allows you to follow your cycle, record your symptoms and be prepared. Stress Management – the Inspire 3 is designed to help you better understand how your body manages stress by tracking physical signs of it and scoring it for you. When you seem to be needing some moments of calm, use the Guided Breathing Sessions which are personalized based on your heart rate. Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) Monitoring lets you track the level of oxygen in your blood—to help you learn when there may be an indication of important changes in your fitness and wellness. Use the free SpO2 clock face to track your average nightly SpO2 level, then view trends over the past week in the Fitbit app. The watch will automatically send fluctuations in your heart rate to send you High & Low Heart Rate notifications.

  Heart Rate Tracking enables you to track important data like calorie burn, sleep stages, resting heart rate & more. Active Zone Minutes enables you to work harder by tracking your time in heart-rate zones. The number of minutes is doubled for cardio or peak zones. Connected GPS lets you track your pace and distance without using a phone. Cardio Fitness Score estimate your fitness level using your VO2 Max (how well your body uses oxygen during exercise). Daily Readiness Score (available with Premium) lets you know if your body is ready for a workout or not. Your watch will automatically detect and track your exercising routine. You can toggle between Exercise Modes like runs, bike rides, weights, yoga etc. It is Water Resistant up to 50m so do not hesitate when taking this into the water. 

  It is Smart!

  Using the Always-On Feature, see what you need during a workout without having to turn your watch on. Lost your phone? Easily locate a misplaced phone right from your wrist by using the built-in Find My Phone app on your Fitbit smartwatch. Just tap to activate an alert and your phone will continuously ring and vibrate until you discover its location. The Inspire 3 automatically syncs with your iOS or Android device to show your stats or desired information on the Fitbit dashboard. What fun is a workout without the tunes? Get Smartphone Notifications call and calendar alerts, send text notifications and quick replies, plus see notifications from smartphone apps. Quick replies for Android phones are available when your phone is nearby.
