  True Track Positioning

  Once on the track, the Garmin Catalyst quickly becomes your real-time “trainer,” giving audio signals via BLUETOOH® technology from your headset. (Please Note: Helmet/Headset NOT included).The groundbreaking technology uses 10Hz multi-GNSS positioning, image processing and built-in accelerometers to generate your racing line from the track.The Garmin Catalyst combines your best times for each segment of the track to show your optimum drivable time based on lines you actually drove and can repeat! So when you are deciding on which line to track when ripping around corners, you can see on the map how early or late these apex decisions are affecting your overall speed through the course.

  On the track, the Garmin Catalyst keeps record of your best lap time, adaptive delta time, number of laps and total session time. The Garmin Catalyst crunches the numbers for you! No more need to download data onto your computer, and no more cumbersome graphs with squiggly lines that leave users scratching their heads while analyzing data for hours. Users can immediately review their performance data on their devices to see where the biggest improvements need to be made after your session. You can easily compare performance data from your other sessions, and get immediate, adaptive suggestions for improvement.
